Policy for refunds and returns

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

After your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method, usually within 14 days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

If necessary, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially booked.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for any other reason, please email us at info@auto-kalkofen.de.

Sending returns

To return your product, you should send your product to the address we provide to you by email.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are not refunded. If you receive a refund, the costs for the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
